Clash of clans have made a huge update that Shaked the entire gaming industry
On March 27 2025, they removed training time in clash of clans ,which is a huge change since the evolution of COC gaming.
Clash of clans posted a picture stating there will be no training time for players since this update.
Why this Update?
They made this update for the following reasons:
- In recent times, many memes pages criticized the game for its huge training time.(players have to wait almost 45 minutes to train and go for a attack).
- So tyhey took a step and reduced them.
- Also a huge competition in the gaming industry also forced them to take a huge change.
- They also made this update to engage the clashers in the game for longer time.
What is the benefit of this Update?
- Players no need to wait for army training.
- Players can improve their clash skill by playing more multiplayer battles.
- Players can loot faster.
- With faster looting they can max out walls and other high expensive buildings more faster.
Disadvantages of this update:
- After high resource looting and full storages and with busy builders players become bored at this point.
- With storages full and builders busy , then the player is less likely to be online. This is the major disadvantage of this update.
- Trophy increase count is lesser and players may become irritated if they go for trophy push.
What happens to Training potions?
With the elimination of training times, Training Potions are being phased out. They will no longer be sold in in-app purchase bundles and will eventually be removed from the game. Players are advised to use any existing Training Potions before they are converted to Gems at the end of the month. Additionally, the Training Perk in the Gold Pass will be replaced with a Donation Request Timer reduction
How to Donate troops then?
Due to the instant training, donating troops will now require Elixir or Dark Elixir, depending on the troop or spell. This change ensures that donations remain balanced within the game’s economy.
How Matchmaking works?
To accommodate the increased activity from instant training, a new server technology called “Match Anytime” is being introduced. If eligible bases are unavailable, players may attack “snapshot bases” of real players under Shield, ensuring continuous and fair matchmaking
