What is a raid weekend in clash of clans?

raid weekends is a special event in clash of clans which occurs at every weekend Starting from Friday for a period of three days. During this raid weekend event,Clans attack on enemy Clan Capital.

How to participate?

To participate in raid weekends, The Leader, Co-Leader, or Elders should sign the Clan up for the Raid Weekend.

Up to 50 Clan members can join a Raid Weekend.

Clans do not go head-to-head in Raids. Clans attack a different Clan than the one attacking them.

With maximum members playing raid weekends,It is possible to attack several Clan’s Capitals in the same Raid Weekend itself.

How to play raid weekends in clash of clans?

Select clanCapital from home village. This will end up like this.

If raid weekend is available, them select start raid button which toggles you to the enemy clan capital.

Defensive gameplay:

Your clan capital will be defended against the other clans.

The Leader and Co-Leaders can modify Districts in the Layout Editor. Friendly challenges are the best way to test your clan capital layout and also make them more effective.

Attacking gameplay:

Every players are provided with 5 attacks during their entire weekend. Players also gain additional attack if they 3 star a district or capital. Players can use the troops and spells that are unlocked at that capital level.

The following are some important roles of game play.

  • The damage you do in your attack will stay in the District for the next attacks.
  • Spells stay in the District for your attack and for the attack that comes after yours.
  • There are no Troop training times or costs and no Spell brewing times or costs.

When will I get raid medals?

Raid medals will be distributed equally to you and your clan members once the event ends. You can use those raid medals to buy portions, resources, and much more.
